Mrs. Elisabeth WOLBERS, Ambassador of Germany,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Madame Blerta ALIKO, repr\u00e9sentante r\u00e9sidente <a><\/a>du PNUD en Alg\u00e9rie ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Dr. Cherif DELIH, Director General of the National Agency for Pharmaceutical Products and National Project Director;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;
