ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ORAN BRANCH:
–Decree of 12 Jumada al-Thani 1443 – Corresponding to January 16, 2022, concerning the establishment of regional branches of the National Agency for Pharmaceutical Products.
Article 1 — In accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of Executive Decree No. 19-190 of 30 Shawwal 1440, corresponding to July 3, 2019, which defines the missions, organization, and functioning of the National Agency for Pharmaceutical Products, this decree aims to establish regional branches of the National Agency for Pharmaceutical Products.
TERRITORIAL JURISDICTIONS :
– 16 active wilayas:
Oran, Tlemcen, Sidi Bel Abbes, Mostaganem, Ain Témouchent, Saida, Chlef, Tiaret, Mascara, Tissemsilt, Relizane, Béchar, Naâma, El Bayadh, Ain Defla, Laghouat
