Establishment of the National Agency for Pharmaceutical Products
By Law No. 18-11 of July 2, 2018, relating to health, under Article 223.
The agency is a public institution with a specific management structure, possessing legal personality and financial autonomy, and is placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Health (Art. 224 of Law No. 18-11).
This supervision was transferred to the Ministry of Pharmaceutical Industry by Ordinance No. 20-02 of August 30, 2020, amending and supplementing Law No. 18-11 of July 2, 2018, relating to health, Article 1.
