What is the ANPP?
The National Agency for Pharmaceutical Products (ANPP) is a public institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Pharmaceutical Industry. It is responsible for the registration, approval, and quality control of pharmaceutical products and medical devices in Algeria. It also carries out monitoring and regulatory oversight activities.
Where is the ANPP headquarters located?
The headquarters of the agency is located at: Lot Géraud Petit, Staoueli, Dely Ibrahim, Algiers – Algeria.
There are also regional branches (e.g., Oran, Constantine) for certain file submissions.
How to make an appointment for submitting Pharmaceutical Product (PP) files?
Appointments are made exclusively online through the dedicated platform: rdvpp.anpp.dz
- Form availability: Every Wednesday from 10:00 AM until Thursday at 10:00 AM.
- Drop-off locations: Algiers, Oran or Constantine.
- Note: Any incomplete application will be automatically cancelled.
How to make an appointment for Medical Devices (MD)?
Appointments for Medical Devices (MD) are made on the platform: rdvdm.anpp.dz
- Form availability: Every Tuesday from 10:00 AM until Thursday at 10:00 AM.
- File submission days: Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday.
What is the E-TASJIL platform?
E-TASJIL is the ANPP’s digital platform dedicated to managing registration procedures. A new version (V2) has been launched to simplify processes for pharmaceutical operators.
What are the agency’s opening hours?
The agency is open from Sunday to Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
